Nadella is a Hyderabad-born guy of Indian descent who has always been an IT nerd. He studied engineering at the Karnataka-based Manipal Institute of Technology. As his life progressed, he made the decision to go to the United States. At this point, he decided to go back to school and earned a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, he earned his MBA at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Nadella became the third person to occupy the CEO position in the corporation after being elevated to the role in recognition of his extraordinary contributions and forward-thinking ideas.

Microsoft currently has an astounding $3.27 trillion in market capitalization (about Rs 273 lakh crore). It is believed that Nadella is worth around Rs 7500 crore.
